Yoshida’s Sand in the City

Some impressive sculptures constructed from sand, a sandpit to play in and - perhaps - a novelty llama.

Pros

  • Technically pretty impressive. “In just six hours, sand teams and architects transform over 450 tons of sand and 4,500 gallons of water into magnificent sand sculptures!”
  • Small children will enjoy the sandpit.

Cons

  • $3 entrance fee ($10 family ticket). But cheer up – the money goes to Impact Northwest.
  • You’ve pretty much seen and done it all in 30 minutes.
