There's not a lot to it, but this little spot on the Columbia slough offers some pretty views and opportunities for nature spotting.
Daily, 5am - midnight.
There are more wetlands on the other side of I-5 at Smith & Bybee. Reed Lake feels similar, if a little more tamed. Out of town, Virginia Lake on Sauvie Island and especially Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge are great wetlands spots.
