Sunset Golf Center

Few frills, but much fun to be had at this inexpensive, unpretentious mini-golf venue.

Update April 2015: It looks like Sunset Golf Center may be permanently closed. If you know differently, let me know 🙂

Pros

  • Eighteen holes of the novelty variety. Although a little low budget, the course is well designed.
  • Very friendly staff and vibe; unpretentious and welcoming; nothing uptight about the adjacent driving range either.
  • Great value at $5.50 for adults, $3.75 for children under 12. Reasonably priced concessions too.
  • Beer is available. So I’m told.
  • Reproduction Statue of Liberty.

Cons

  • Blink-and-you-miss-it turn off Jenkins. NBD.

For (quite) a few dollars more, the Family Fun Center in Wilsonville has two courses also of the novelty outdoor variety, but with higher production values.
