Pro 300 Lanes Bowling

Is there any sport cooler than bowling? Plus it's fun for all ages and you can play when it's raining.

Pros

  • The staff are really friendly and want you to have a good time.
  • Bumper rails, 6lb balls and bowling ramps available for children. When they are not busy they’ll happily give you adjacent lanes if you want one with bumpers and one without.
  • The coolest sport imaginable. Especially if you’re a fan of the Big Lebowski.
  • A large menu of bowling food (super high cholesterol and proportionally delicious). Plus a bar, if you need it. With White Russians (not sampled).

Cons

  • It’s not cheap (~$4/frame + $4 shoe hire per person). That said, coupons are available (there are a bunch in the Entertainment book, they’ll hand you a bunch more when you pay), and there are less expensive times of day and special offers – including some deal where children get two free games a day in the summer.
