Kelley Point Park

Portland's third creepiest park compensates with majestic views where the Columbia and Williamette converge, plus driftwood to play with and ships to gawk at. Perhaps it's a boy thing.

Pros

  • Short wooded trails.
  • A stretch of beach (not malibu exactly, but it’s a beach), all piled high with driftwood.
  • Great sweeping views where the Columbia and Williamette converge.
  • Nice industrial backdrop, if you like that kind of thing, with huge container ships passing by. I, for one, was awestruck.
  • Restrooms.
  • Parking a-plenty.
